Administrative Coordinator- Smart Start of Davidson County, Inc.

Immediate full-time opening for the following position of Administrative Coordinator for Smart of Davidson County. Hiring range ($26,622 – $30,000 annual salary). Reports directly to the Executive Director. Candidate should have at least three to five years office management experience. Candidate must be well organized, self starter with the ability to work on multiple tasks at one time. Employee must be proficient in Word and Excel in order to maintain the fast-paced non-profit environment required of the position. The Administrative Coordinator’s position is also responsible for taking and recording all Board of Directors meeting minutes as well as all SSDC committee meeting minutes and maintaining all official documentation of the SSDC Board of Directors. Employee helps plan and coordinate SSDC special events and Board of Director’s Board meetings and committees.  Assists Finance Director with Accounts Payable process.  General office duties up to and including office supply purchases. .
